Weigel has apparently cleared their diginets for nationwide streaming since they recently placed their MeTV, H&I, Decades, Start TV and Story Television channels on the skinny streaming service Frndly TV (starts at $6.99/mo). So there's no legal/rights reason why any of those diginets can't be on DTV Stream. It's just a matter of DTV and Weigel coming to an agreement on price.
