I have been trying all day to log into my DISH account through dish.com, but receive an error message every time. I presume the my.dish.com part of the DISH website is down since the main page for that address won't even load. Had to call in to pay my bill (due today) through the automated system. I checked with customer service but they didn't seem to know anything about the website being down (or who I should even contact to report it).

It works for me in Chrome.

If you are trying to login from the main dish.com page and clicking the "Login in to my dish" link in the top left, it will not work. I was having the same problem as you.

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and under "Dish Sites" click on MyDish. That link works and will let you login to your account.

That link (top left of screen) works fine for me, using Chrome browser on Windows 10 PC.

Try emptying your cache in settings. I had the same problem with my credit card and it worked. You didn't say what browser you used but I'm using Edge.
Yes, it would help if the OP told us the device type and browser used . . .

I used to use Firefox but it got to where several sites I needed would not work properly with Firefox. I hated to give it up but Chrome and Edge are now my favorites. I haven't had a problem with Chrome since I made the switch -- a few years ago. I think Edge uses the Chrome kernel software.

Thanks for all the replies. I was trying both Firefox and Chrome on my Windows 7 PC as well as Safari (along with Firefox and Chrome) on my Mac. Also tried Safari on my iPhone (also using dish.com). Might be an issue that both my computers and iPhone are old, but the web browsers are up to date.

Thanks "ClarkGable" for your advice as I was mainly trying the "Log in to myDISH" link at the top left of dish.com that I normally use. I tried the "myDISH" link under the "DISH sites" heading again since you suggested it, and with much patience myDISH.com eventually loaded and I was able to log in.

I called DISH Tech Support today and apparently several customers are experiencing the same log in difficulties through the dish.com website (rather than the app). I guess they are working on a fix. Not sure why it works for some and not others, but again it might be that both my computers and iPhone are ancient.

Thanks again.
