Unsuscribed Channels - NewsNation - not showing up in list

I know that Dish recently added NewsNation as channel 207. I was checking to see if it was included in Top 120+, and I know that it's not. What seems odd, is that even when checking my all channels or unsubscribed options, this does not show up. I would not watch this often enough to upgrade to Top 200, but I am wondering why it does not show up in the guide at all.
(I do have a streaming service that has NewsNation for the few times that I may want to watch it.)

It is all how the channels are flagged. Some are set to be hidden when unsubscribed. Back in the days when Dish had all the RSN's, this is how all the out of market RSN's were programmed and the current sports league packages are setup, and only showed up when subscribed to the multi-sport pack. Some, like DogTV, will show up as green in the guide even when not subscribed. Yet others show up as red. All depends on how the channels are setup in Dish's master system.

Seems odd that NewsNation would be hidden. RSNs out of market make sense though. Many other channels in top 200 show up as unsubscribed.

Yeah, I wish I knew the why's on some inconsistencies like that...

It's been this way for years on Retroplex ch 379; it doesn't show up as unsubbed, while Indieplex does...

I think all this goes back to it's former roots as a superstation, WGN.
