Theres one on ebay but it has no smartcard. I need a 922 with a smartcard, also i dont want a hopper 3 cuz the ui is bad.

if you think the hopper 3 ui is bad try directvs ui. if you can't afford a box then maybe you should get your priorities straight ??? no ones gonna send you one for free. then you will still have to pay dish for a smart card and thats even if they will sell you one without an active sub

LOL ebay is sketch at best for buying receivers!!! though sometimes you can find a good deal. i don't think anyone's gonna give him the smart card!!! more than likely the box will have been leased or stolen or have a balance owed on it

I don't think that dish has used the credit card smart cards in a while. i think the smart cards are all built into the boxes now!!! i could be wrong.. i know our hopper 3 and all of our joeys have built in smart cards and not the credit card style ones...
