Dish Network Skip channel online does not skip

Dish Network mobile application works just fine.
The issue is with Dish anywhere online application. Maually scrolling for a channel works just fine. The skip channel next to manual scroll does not skip to chosen channel. Only goes up.
How do I fix this.

Dish has no clue.

Since it appears you have a computer perhaps you could post a screen shot similar to attached.I'm not sure what you are referring to.
