Anyone else with issues yesterday?

You mean the voice one they sent me and I never use? Not even sure where I stashed it. Found a 54 where I thought it was. Don't use that one either.

I have a Harmony.
Nope, this is brand new.

i appreciate the hopper 3 performance it's fast and snappy unlike some dvr's where you feel like your at the snail races . and the new config is sweet it installs like a swm setup :). the one thing that annoys the hell out of me with dish is every other channel seems like a home shopping network of some sort :biggrin !!! i have never seen so many home shopping networks in my life...
It takes time, but you should set up a password on your Hopper and lock out the channels you don't want to see. It's under parental controls. It lists every channel you are able to view and you can move them from the unlocked to the locked column and they disappear from your guide. Alternatively, just create a Favorite the has the channels you usually watch.

the 301 and the 311 boxes looked awful!!! i liked the 4000 boxes
Huh? They were a streamlined design in half-height cabinets, which would go on to host the 322. Never had issue with them, thought they had a good, balanced look and they fit in more places (however the grand champ of small form factor was the Sony for DTV). The 3000/4000/5000 (also heard of but never saw a 2000) were the original DiSH boxes, of full cabinet size and full of nostalgia for the days when the top basic package ran $20. The ones I thought looked bad were the 1000s they came out with in about the 2nd year of service- full height but not full width, looked "stumpy" and lacked any front panel controls. Screamed "el cheapo".
