Tried looking for info on echostar 25 on lyngsat. I don't know why but it says 129. I'm certain the sat is at 110.

Lyngsat is only updated when Christian is notified of updates. If no one tells him anything then nothing is updated.

A lot of stuff is out of date there because he has not been notified of updates.

also what do they do to test the sat. like what tests do they run? just curious

They would be testing each transponder to ensure that they are able to receive the signal from the Earth Station and are able to send the signal back to receivers on earth. They will also test all control functions of the satellite itself.
