Broken ViP922

Hey does anyone know why my vip922 HDD doesn't spin? ive tried many hard drives and power cords and it just wont work..

The 922 requires a specific hard drive from the list in its firmware for that drive to be recognized by the receiver.
Best bet is to replace the current drive with a drive with the EXACT same part number.
ST1000VM002 is one that will work if you can find one.
