help problem with tv 2

I'm Having a problem with tv 2 on my 625.tv 1 works just fine.tv2 just gives me a black screen no pic or sound but I can still get the program guide.what can I do to fix this.

First suggestion is a hard reset pull AC power cord count to 10 plug back in. If that dosen't work 800-333-3474 and tech support.
