301 wont reconized dp 34 swicth

having problems with my 301 just took it off my dp twin worked great for like 6 months and i added a dp 34swicth my other reciver(322) in same spot where going to put my 301 reconized the swicth installation but the 301 wont reconized it says (dp feed shows 119 feed only) i did test swich like 15 times i noticed hasent called out since like 6 months due to telephone wire was broke anyways what do i do too get it too reconized the swicth? its has software p345 i think its current any ideas? thanks

if it recognize one satellite usually it is bad end or short some where.
does 322 works fine with the same line or same port on DP 34 sw?

yes works fine had no problems with the 322 running on the same cables and ports

did you tried do front panel re-set and then check switch? have you tried that receiver at any other locations?

yes i had un plugged it for like 15 mins and holded power button until it turned off by itself and power came back on by it self still the same going to try it in other room on the diferent port their in few minutes

i tryed both port one at a time did same thing and still the same i get a picture but only working on the 119 slot
