I always leave my dish facing south. This summer we had a pretty bad storm and there were 80+ mph straight line winds from the west, and I thought surely the dish was toast. But after the storm there it was just as if nothing had happened.

Anyone been to coolsatusa.com lately? On the left there is an animation showing a new receiver, and at the bottom it says *HD FTA IP Receiver coming soon. Wonder how soon? Also, in looking around Pansat says there is an HD receiver coming in June. Sorry if that has been brought up here...

My experience with the Starbox so far also is that it is a POS. I tried downloading the latest drivers, and those don't even work at all. It is just sitting here now, I am going to try to unload it on eBay. Wish I would have gotten a DVD World Box from the start.

I'm just not so sure about the Starbox.. there is a feed now with a much higher quality than PBS HD however it is still breaking up badly. I can hear the audio without a problem but sometimes the picture just plain freezes. My computer has a 2 GHz processor, 1 GB RAM and I am using USB 2.0, so...

Just wondering if you would be able to paste a direct link? I still get a 404 error when I try to download. I emailed them a few days ago and haven't heard back. Thanks!

Ok, now I'm back about the USALS part.. I have tried figuring it out on my own. Using the included software, I cannot figure out how to use USALS. In the configuration, the only options for type of dish are fixed and DiSEqC, but no USALS. I know on the right side there is a "Goto Sat" button...

I just ordered a StarBox and can't wait to start watching HD! Hopefully it comes soon, I am more than ready to watch hockey in HD. :)
