Thanks for all the replies. I checked my online account and the Whole Home DVR Service has a greyed-out button that says "Not Eligible". It would be nice if it also indicated that from the HR-34 somehow. I think I'm all good. Thanks again.

I seem too be able to see and play recordings off the HR34 on the C31 OK. One thing I've noticed is I seem to only be able to delete a recording from the HR-34 itself, even if it was started from a client. Maybe that's normal.

I am a return sub and had a Genie (HR34-700) and two clients (c31) installed a couple of days ago. While looking at the settings I notice under Settings/Whole-Home/Status it says "Whole-Home DVR Not Authorized" then says call to order. My installer admitted this was only his second install...

I also have audio drop-outs. Seems only on HD channels and Speed-HD does it the worst on my HR21-200. Resets, power cycles do not help. It has been doing it several months. It is getting very annoying.

No I have not tried to delete yet, or try to view it. If I will not be charged I will just try to delete it. It has an expire date of 02/23. Thanks for the replies.

In my playlist I have a manual upcoming "Stan Helsing $" that showed up on it's own. I didn't ask for it and it looks to be a pay for recording. Why is it there and can I delete it. It shows to be on ch 9981 which I can't even access. I have a HR21-200 Thanks

It is pretty good. The radar it shows is not that great. Mine shows about a 7 state area and is not animated. It also is rather small. I would much prefer my local NWS radar, and it be animated (full screen). I'm sure it's better than it was. I don't watch TWC that much.

I have a HR21-200 and would like to know if there is a way to copy a recorded show from the DVR to either a PC or my Play Station 3. My PS3 sees the DVR but shows all the files as unsupported. They are all on my local network. Thanks

I have a HR21-200 with a SlingBox Classic hooked to the second ethernet port and it works perfect. I had to set the HR21 to IR instead of RF for the remote. I guess it won't do both like my old E* receiver did. Don't know if the HR20 is different from the HR21 concerning the ethernet ports...

Thanks, I've looked everywhere I know to look in my router (2-Wire 171HG gateway ) and don't see anything like that listed. Maybe I don't know the correct way to access those features, or it just doesn't have it. I will just try and d/l VOD at night for now. Thanks again !

I have a 6 MB DSL line (usually get about 5.5MB) and a new HR21-200 with 0X1FE software. I used VOD a few times and it works well, usually maxs my DSL out to about 5.5 MB's. The trouble is while it is downloading it is almost impossible to use another computer on the DSL line due to the VOD...
