Well, they finally did it. Long time AEP sub now an AT250 sub. These prices are getting out of hand (I know, it's the same everywhere, but still)...

I'm glad that they are at least going to grandfather in existing subscribers to the package. I imagine at some point, they'll drop them all together, but nice that they'll stick around for now. I have been a sub of the superstations package for many years, and would be disappointed to lose them.

I thought it was 2-51... It should be noted that the *real* channel they broadcast on is usually UHF, but a lot of DMA's have one or more channels in the VHF range. Like Chicago has channel 7.1 (ABC) on real channel 7 (though they also broadcast their signal on UHF 44). Their channel 2.1...

In the Fayetteville/Fort Smith DMA, the CW is carried on a digital sub-channel and Dish Network carries it. So, hopefully you'll still get it. Very doubtful you'd ever see it in HD though, as only the "main" channel usually gets HD treatment. Though with feeds to satellite providers, who knows?

Yeah, sorry about that, I have the same notch/band stop filter that Digiblur mentioned (blocks cable channels 75-80). I think my next step will be checking what comes out of the reversed splitter, before the diplexer, and see what channels make it through. I'm convincing myself more and more...

I have a similar setup to this, but can't get my TV's with the combined TV2/Cable to find digital cable channels. I have attached a sketch of my setup. I have basic Comcast cable coming into the house (note that if I tap off of it directly, I get analog locals, digital locals, and HD locals...

Poor guy, I don't know how he survives on such a paltry amount...

What got you interested to purchase your first Free to Air satellite system? Being able to watch programming without having to pay. I'm tired of paying all this money for a few channels that I actually watch.
