Direct TV gets their guide data from tribune media, AKA the zap2it website, and it does indeed tag shows with "new" in addition to the original air date. So the data is already there. Direct just needs to use it.

So today, 3 shows set to record, all 3 showing as cancelled in the history due to programming update, two of them did indeed record. Game of Thrones did not record. So irritating.

I spoke with two different DIRT members and one said I had to have a joey and the other said I did not. One said I had to have AT200 or higher and the other said I could keep my existing dish america package. I wasn't able to get a straight answer.

In another thread on this forum people are telling me it's $10 for the hopper, $7 for the joey. So you should pay $17 total in fees per month.

From what i've heard and read, the first joey is included in the $10 whole home DVR fee from the hopper. And only additional joeys after that add the $7?
