the receiver is active. and i would bring it home when we leave the cabin. Is it hard to setup a dish. all i would need is a dish and cable to run from dish to receiver right.

couple of questions. i have directv here in south jersey. i was wordering if i could take one of my recievers to a summer home in the harrisburg,pa area, without having to pay any extra charges. i figure i would have to install a dish on the cabin run the wiring in the cabin and just hook up...

i guess the 22 HD dvr because we just got hook up 2 months ago. and i do not like it for recordering... i have not seen a complete program sports that i have recorded yet. how do you pad it. the tech showed us to go to guild and found program you want to record and push red button..

could somebody explain what i got to do to hook up vcr to standard rec.. sick and tried of recording with dvr and cutting race off before race is over.... so i figured i would hook up my vcr to record and dt and have there dvr back. tv is a lcdtv. thanks allen

we have had d 2 months now. hd receiver,hd dvr receiver and a standard receiver. we just brought new lcd tv and need hd dvr to replace the standard receiver. is it better to buy right from dt or go to best buy and buy one. does dt charge you to come out to hook up if you purchase threw them...

have hd dvr. question is how with directv can you record whole program of a show if it goes longer then execpt... my example is nascar racing go into channel lineup hit red button to record show but it stops recordering at the end of its time. not allowing for race to run longer then...

Just asking to see if I hook up to dtv. If all the Phil phillies & 76ers, eagles games I will be able to get on dtv. Live in south jersey so there local. Or will I have to get the sports packages. Thanks al

see we have basic comcast right now. and only get a hand full of hd channels free.. my son counted the channels the other day and there is a total of about 107 channels which the hd channels are dupicated channels. which he said drop overall channels down to about 90 channels... i just been...

i have had comcast now for over 20 yrs with no contract.. i just spoke to a directv person and i asked them about buying my own receivers and they told me i would not be a good because they would still charge the 5 month lease. like i just told the guy right now have cable at 60 month basic no...

thinking of getting dtv or dishnetwork. but i was wordering what dtv would be coming out with soon for there new deals.. i was going toward dish but i'm not locking in 4 2 yrs and discounted only first 6 months... and dtv every time i go to price it out . they want $199.00 for the boxes...
