Reading Out TV code From a 20.0 Remote

The answer for my Philips is 548. #21 on the list. Actually, tied with a lot of other codes for 6th place. I had to use jsheridan’s procedure. My thumb will never be the same. Regards, Gary

Reading Out TV code From a 20.0 Remote

OK, next TV, this is the last TV (for a while). A new Philips series 3000 24” flat screen. I’ve tried 500, 505, 1756, 2051, the top ten and the bottom five codes for Philips. None work. This is not a smart TV (no built-in apps or WiFi ), but why should that matter? I sucessfully progammed a...

Reading Out TV code From a 20.0 Remote

Thanks crodrules I assumed that one flash was a one. Got to differentiate between quick and regular flashes. I actually have code 500. Hard to find info on older technologies. I’m running a Hopper 3 with 4K joeys at home. I’m on vacation at the moment. Regards, Gary

Reading Out TV code From a 20.0 Remote

Thanks, Tony. This did the trick. I’ve made a note of it for next time. The code I got back was 511 (checked twice). I think this is a generic code. Now I can look for a better one.. I’l start with 500, as suggested by Hipkat. Dish lists 500 as the 2nd most succesful Sony code. FYI, 781 is...

Only 5% of Dish subs get "premium" package

It seems like Dish wants everyone to switch to a la carte. BBC News channel is only available in the News pack. You can’t get certain packs if you have a premium package. I have the All Everyting package which I have discoverd doesn’t include everything. Extra for locals. Extra for Dish Movie...

Reading Out TV code From a 20.0 Remote

I’ve got a 20.0 IR remote connected to a VP211K receiver. No Smart Wizard on the VP211K. Uses blinking LEDs to control the procedure for entering a TV code. The remote currently controls the Bravia KDL32EX-710 but I don’t know what code it has. I’ve got the list of possible codes. I remember...

What are good signal levels for Eastern Arc in Southeast Alabama

No rain fade in Huntsville yesterday that I saw. The rain was light. The heavy rain was east of Huntsville. It takes a very heavy rain to cause fade for me. Today (clear skies): 110 - 43. 119 - 70. 129 - 53.

What Is The Code For A Samsung 75” TV From Costco?

:yessign, just now. Unknown code 2051 works. Says “Unknown” I don’t know how this code got set. It just appeared after the pairing procedure bombed out. It works on both my 52.0 and 40.0 remotes. Weird. After this code showed up, pressing back button resulted in the Hopper hanging up while...

What Is The Code For A Samsung 75” TV From Costco?

I don’t think it’s the remote. I can enter anything in the search field. They all seem to give me a long list of Samsung models. I try a dozen or so so and then quit. Why would the outcome be different with a model 40?

What Is The Code For A Samsung 75” TV From Costco?

That’s the first thing I tried. Apparently Dish programmers don’t understand searching databases. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion.

What Is The Code For A Samsung 75” TV From Costco?

I just bought a Samsung Model #: UN75MU800DFXZA TV (Costco Model #). That is in Samsung’s 8000 series. On my Hopper 3 with remote 52, I cannot locate the correct code, either by search or by clicking through the codes. Both lists seem to go on forever. Can anyone tell me what the code is?
