    A reset will usually resolve this issue, but as KAB said, this does sound like the beginning of a hard drive failure. If this happens again or you have any other issues with your receiver or recordings, we may need to replace that receiver for you!

    Rental and Prime Time Folder Delete

    These are both folders that cannot be removed or changed from the DVR menu. You can make 5 custom folders, but the pre loaded folders such as these, cannot be altered.
