Does any one know how well the process of buying your own HD rcvr from ebay or elsewhere works. Does dish charge you to send back the rcvr i am replacing(not hd). They want a 100.00 bucks to upgrade from SD rcvr to HD rcvr so i though it may be worth my time just to buy one i already rent 2 HD...

i have the vip 622 dual tuner box & was wondering if i use a 50-75 ft hdmi cable from box one(dual tuner) to another hd ready tv will that make tv 2 hd & also some of the cables come with built in equalizer while some don't. Do i need an equalizer?? Thanks...
