If you have diplexers in the system it could be one of them bad. I have run into that problem alot after a power surges. Probaly is not a dish problem it other receiver is working

Have 2 D12s with 18x20 dish and international dish for Korean channels with a 6x8 switch. When living room is on American channels it cuts out Korean channels. It does not happen all the time. I am thinking it might be a voltage problem. Any help is appreciated.

You can have up to 4 leased tuners on your account, but you need to let someone know which dish you have on hand. You must be using 2 dishes, one for 199. 110, and one for 61.5. Your HD channels are coming from 61.5.

I installed a 622 for a customer on 24 April, it was bad out of the box. It had a perfect picture on TV2 but no audio, so we replaced it. Now after 2 weeks the new one has the same problem. Has anyone experienced this problem?

Is it a fiberglass dish or the metal one. If fiberglass it is probaly the 105 LNB. I had the same trouble with the locals working at diffferent times. Replacing the LNB cured the problem. It has only happened with the fiberglass dishes for me,

I had the same problem at my office when I installed the superdish for 105. Turned out it was a cheap radar detector causing the problem. As soon as we unplugged it the signal locked in. It affected it up to 50 to 75 yards away. big ed
