Came late to this thread (after 203) I noticed audio drop outs after a program has gone to a commercial and then came back ( a sec or two) Is this the issue?

Look in the C-Band discussion area for tutorials. What you described is a C-Band LNB Coaxial and the three 16-3 wires are for the servo to control the polarity. The activator 12 gauge is to move the dish and the other 16 are for the sensors

Depends on your LNB. You may be looking for Universal for Ku and turn on the 22kHz

Do you have the 22kHz turned on?

I would go one step further. Go straight to Ku side without any switches until you can lock in

Thanks johrr. This is the first time I have seen someone saying that there was a bug in the firmware. Mine didn't work but I was fortunate to have two coaxs running so I didn't have to use the 22kHz switch.

Shankle I agree with stanleyjohn. I have a Vbox. I had a Uniden which moved the dish as well as the polarity. When it gave up the ghost I went with the V-Box but it could only move the not the polarity. I had to get a new LBN as well

Just curious. Looks like you added more ribs. Also since you "modded" it why do you need info on who made it?
