Is there anyway possible to use a Powertech GBOX dish postioner with a Dish network box? I am getting tired of rain fade and would like to go to a larger, moveable dish if possible. I tried searching but found nothing. Thanks.

Maybe thats what I should do. I have the switch 2, 30" dishes and a 31" dish just sitting. I just need the LNB's. Thanks for the responses.

The 1000.2 is small to me. I just thought the larger dish would help when it's stormy out. I never had any rain fade with my Cband dish. Even in worst storm. I have high signals in 90's with the 1000.2 in case you was wondering.

Hi all.......need some info. Have 1000.2 dish. I have an older Dish Superdish. Can I take the 3 LNB from the 1000.2 and mount on the superdish to help combat rain/cloud fade? I am aimed at 110, 119, 129. What would be focal length? Anyone done this? Thanks

I dropped dish about a year ago and had to return the reciever. I currently have everything but reciever. Am thinking of buying a VIP 222K off Ebay. Any ideas as to what they will charge for services? Probably want Bronze with HD. Anyone else done this? Care to share experiance with Dish?

Same for me Same exact thing for me. I kept watching my progress bar at the bottom of the page and when it stopped I hit refresh. 2:10(11:10 pacific) I finially got on and ....sold out. Seems suspicious to me....I have DSL and usually no problems like that.

Does anyone have a 500+ dish with arm to sell? Just the dish and arm....nothing else. Thanks
