I've signed up for website access, and it appears I can set my DVRs remotely. However, if my brother wants to add a show to a DVR, how can I give him access to the website? Is there a way to add additional users to an account? I couldn't find anything on DirecTV's site, and nothing here...

It really depends on what browser you're copying from. Copying tables from Firefox into Excel usually doesn't work for me. Copying from IE to Excel usually does work (Microsoft to Microsoft).

Update after installation. The guy came out and I told him I had my SWM-8 and SWS-4 along with two HR-22s I bought. He told me that it would cost $69 each to install the HR-22s rather than the ones that he brought out (HR-21s). I called up DirecTV and they couldn't change his work order, but...
