I have a different question...... I have a "search" recording set up. The problem is that it records both the ota version, as well as the dish local broadcast. In other words, I get a duplicate of each recording. Is there a way to just get 1 recording?

so basically, DISH has no 4k programming available been debating moving from HWS to H3, but see absolutely no reason and with the forecasted "doom" of dish there probably won't be either

paid my current dish bill over the weekend & noticed that Starz increased $1 from last month didn't dish just increased our bill a few months ago? did the other movie channels increase? dish continues to increase their service while converting more and more channels to streaming, reducing...

yesterday morning when wife turned on the HWS, strange screen appeared and acted as if there was an update screen showed the modern home page instead of classic that has always been used showed the snap was installed said ready to scan for ota channels, even though this had been done long ago...

yet another surprise feature from Dish.....why would they remove this feature when they still have SD programming it seems like they try to find ways to drive customers away

They gave me that same line of crap because I didn't have a hopper3 and I did not want the hopper +. After several phone calls and transfers to upper level, I was finally able to have the wireless joey 4 installed.

I had the wireless joey 4, but did not like the android interface or the lack of caller ID. I switched to the wireless joey. I believe the wireless joey 4 was faster

Agree, why remove the HD or SD designation from the guide? Does it cost them more? A lot of people, including myself use that to determine if they want to watch that program

This "improvement" apparently came with the latest update. Why can't they leave fundamental things alone?
