    Sorry, but we're going around in the wrong circles I don't need an HMC. I only use it for 1 TV I want a receiver more advanced than the relatively ancient unit I have and they seem to say they have no such thing

    I talked to customer retention and they won't deal w/ the HRM even tho I've been a customer since 1995 and out of contract for several years They will send me a free HD DVR, but they say it's no different than my 5-7 year old one... could that be right? My question is about the hardware, not...
