    Transponder coverage! The term "pegging the meter" I take it means a strong signal?? I am also getting strong signals on all transponders EXCEPT 3, 7, 9, 11, 17, 21, 23, 25. On these, I get "0" ( on sat 91) I am assuming that the footprint for these transponders do not reach below...
