    I also get the same error on the ps3 in the livingroom. I think its because I never verified that PS3 to use netflix, while my other slim, I have always streamed netflix on it and it works with PSN down. Shouldn't have to wait much longer as PSN is scheduled to come back on this week.

    I had a movie broken in two and BB just told me to send it back. They sent a replacement as soon as it was received. They say that its ok 1 or 2 times as things happen, but will charge u the full amount if it becomes excessive on the account.

    In my experience, its better to lease because if something does happen to your receiver (always happens) then dish will replace it no prob.
