Is there a special number to call? I HAD a message from DirecTV about this, but it got deleted before I wrote the number down.

I had the same problem on my new receiver (HR20-100). Went back to the bedroom and everything was OK on the old HD Tivo, all channels were there... Strange. Called Directv, the first guy couldn't fix it and transferred me. After half an hour waiting I hung up.

Thanks Jimbo - I thought I only needed 2 of them for some reason!? So, it doesn't matter what order they are connected from the LNB to the multiswitch?

First of all, let me say that I know that Directv is going mpeg4 for all the new HD, and I also know that I could probably just call Directv and have them install this upgrade, but... I just received a free used Samsung HD receiver, powered multiswitch, and three LNB dish and called Directv...

I noticed it this on ESPN weekend as well. Never saw it before using the H10, but I had a HR20 installed just the other day and it's very annoying...

I had to remove the SD locals from my guide when we got the HD locals OTA because my wife was driving me crazy watching the old SD ones.... Guess I'll do the same with TNT-HD.

The front panel didn't change the channels either, but after adding all of my channels back in to channels I receive and my favorites it is working again. I never would have thought of that, thanks to everyone for your advice.

I unplugged it manually to reboot it, I thought that would fix it but it didn't. I will check tonight to see if I had an update and need to add the channels back in and let you know tomorrow if that fixes it. Thanks to you both for the advice. - Dan

Title pretty much says it all, it still records and plays but I rebooted it several times, put new batteries in both remotes and it still won't allow me to channel up or down. Not sure what to do other than order a new one - has anyone else heard of or had this problem?

I don't see where to purchase a VOOM dish and LNB online (I've heard that VOOM won't allow self installs, so this might be the reason). I would still prefer to have everything in place and ready when/if the installer shows up - does anyone know if the standard VOOM dish and LNB is the same as...

Can someone verify that you do not have to have a phone line installed to get Voom? I would really like to subscribe, but we are cancelling our phone service (because the phone Coop where we live is a ripoff) and we will only have cell phones. I would hate to order Voom and then have them start...
