My market (Fort Wayne, IN) was the first to have widespread deployment of the new IMG. I just double checked our options and we can set it to 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, and 5 minute for both settings.

The new IMG has 3 or 4 options IIRC. I saw them Monday when I was browsing around setting up my new dvr. I believe the options was something like 5, 10, 15, and 30 seconds. Repeat also had similar features where you could configure how far back you wanted to go.

About 8 years ago I drove by a BUD dealer and they actually had a "rock" cover for a 6' dish. It wasn't quite like this one, it was a thinner material almost like fiberglass and came in panels. Looked quite weird and definitely not like a natural rock.

And you know this how? In Demand just signed an agreement with MLB for EI for the cable companies. There is nothing explicitly exlcuding Dish, FiOS, or other minor cable providers from offering it other the the cost.

Don't forget it may not be any ONE thing, but rather a combination of things. Turning things off and then back on before turning the next one on may not determine what is the culprit.
