Hello, my mast etc. is OK and I had before NO problem but when actuator was changed for next one (different length) all sudden problems with W-E alignment appeared...I am sure (non-scientific philosophy) that length of the arm can change trajectory so that either side is out of range and so...

.... next question to "philosophy of dish tuning" : any correlation between dish tuning and size (length) of the actuator ?...I think it could be quite well extra problem (different parabole?), am I right ?

Problem with C-band dish alignment: all angles OK (?) but if channels on far East are very clear, West side is noisy, then if adjusted for West reversly East is noisy (grainy)... ...how to connect FTA unit to C-band dish in order to have actuator working well, is that LNB from FTA "strong"...

Thank you - so far I am feeling more clear.....I have FTA unit (Viewsat X-treme) and old Toshiba C-Band receiver which is still working and wonder how to make connection since actuator for dish goes through Toshiba - shoul I connect two unit directly ? any hints ? -- regards..Chris

...trying run FTA viesat X-treme (2000) and technician all sudden got stuck - we have strong signals (80-90% channels) but NO picture on TV unit nether scramble/skewed...just nothing...any help can be appreciate..regards Chris

DTV box ...still using C-Band (analog) but looks like very little left there, wonder if adding up Dtv box can give me some extra (new?) channels....one "guy" (technician) said simply "nothing"....thanks for ideas

Hello Scott, couple naive questions - my C-Band analog is "shrinking" channels gone so if I hookup box (convertor) I assume I can get back "plenty" of "new" channels ? is that right ?? Also I bought (added up) FTA and technician installing system found strong signals BUT we do not see any...

...guys, just using all your suggestions, parameters, playing with with all options, left-right, less-more etc... - NO "Q" at all.... any gimmick ? other problems than installation ?...how to be sure ?....
