    I will try but they were brand new remotes that the DirecTV Installer unwrapped and set up.

    Samsung un40h5003afxza on off button will not work with Directv remote rc66rx.....even the Directv guy could not get it to work. I do not have a Genie system. On off is not working on DVR. (HR24-200). DirecTV will turn off but TV will not.

    Thanks for the info, I will order DIRECTV Slimline Single Wire Ka/Ku SWM Triple LNB (SL3-SWM), and find someone with a ladder longer than mine to install it for me. Appreciate all your help!!

    I don't have a clue if I have a SWM dish....I think it is a Slim Line? What does the SWM LNB look like? Is it something I have to attach to the dish or does in attach in the house to the cable line?
