And, I wouldn't even care if I was missing the Disney Channel HD... the only reason I'm complaining is that it's basically the 1 channel I watch.

By rebooting, I'm assuming you mean holding down the power button on the front of the unit for 10 seconds. If so, yes, and that didn't solve the problem. The first time I talked to a CSR at Dish Network they told me they were sending a hit to my receiver in 15 minutes (that was two days ago)...

Just checked the channel locks and the HD versions of that Channel don't even show up in the channel listing. Definitely a good idea though... thanks for the idea, but that still doesn't seem to be the issue. It's just weird that I was able to get the channel two days ago and now it's gone...
