    I think mine show a call twice in the last year and a half, and your right the 622 worked flawlessly.

    I have the HR-21 (had 622 with Dish), my only issues are I don't like the remote button layout, the guide is way slower than the 622, and no OTA connection.

    I went with statement 3, even though the channels marked HD may have little or no HD I still think the SD on these channels is far superior to the SD channels.

    Whenever I have the sync problem pressing the skip back button once or twice corrects it.

    After reading some of the horror stories about the 622, I was a little apprehensive about my Install. Purchased 622 from Dishstore and recieved it 3-28-06, opened box and inspected for damage and everything was perfect, removed my 510 and installed the 622 in its place. Took a big breath...

    Neither option is selected in my setup, and everything is working fine.

    Set the top number at 90 and take a protractor and put it on the face of the dish and set it at 571/2degrees. Elementry Mr. Watson.
