I have a Hopper 3 with 2 joey 3's. The pixelation is so bad. When I have the dual tuner OTA adapter plugged in to the hopper they are practically useless. I plugged my old single tuner OTA adapter in but the OTA channels on the joeys are pixelated. Fine on the Hopper. Why does Dish ignore us?

Found the solution I went to guide display and toggled it off and on to show sd duplicates. I had a clue with the latest update giving HD Designation on all OTA Channels in the guide regardless if they were HD or not. Thanks for your replies.

Yes Hip Kat it is a Vizio and a few years old. So Wide is Normal. It is not the tv the native tuner looks fine and was on the phone with advanced tech support no known issue. They put in a ticket so we will see what happens.

Hello I had to replace a defective hopper 2000 and my replacement upgraded to the carbon interface. Talked to tech support and had to upgrade 2nd hopper 2000 to carbon ui via the remote trick to see each others recordings. Now my usb ota adapter will not work it searches and finds channels then...
