Thanks Chip, I can still get them on SD. Do you know how long SD will be available for locals. I thought that they were doing away with SD.

Update. I unplug when I leave and when I come back I have to go through the whole set up. I get mostly zeros once I reload, unless I go to setup and reset SWM. Once I do that, I get everything. Is this normal. At least now I can watch everything.

Everyone has been helpful in the past. I live in Columbia SC and have a house in western NC. approximately 120 miles away. with your help, I was able to install a Slimline SWM 3 and able to get my HD channels. I get all except my locals. Does anyone know what Satellite and transponder WIS...

It is a SWM. On satellite 101- transponder 1 is 96, 2 is 0, 3 is 95, and the rest are zeros.

It is H24- 100 receiver.

Sorry, SLM3 and HD100.

Only getting a couple of transponders on 101. Now it is acquiring guide and can not see satellite. Any ideas guys? thanks, d

Thanks Raoul5788, 101 I have 97-100, and the others 83-88 on 99 and 103.

Put up my new H24 in our cabin, and lighting came in on it. Did not knock out the tv, only receiver. I heard it pop and saw it. I had just hooked up to the new slimline. Is there anything I can do in the future so this will not happen again.
