Just hung up with them as well and got $40 off for 12 months and that's on top of a $30 off loyalty discount I already had. Hopefully, they will get this resolved sooner rather than later.

Correct! I had to do a double red button reset a few months ago on my HR24 and my logos disappeared and haven't been added back. :(

My HR24's have been affected, but not my HR54, FWIW.
