have not heard anyone mention yet, that their R15 came with an "RF Antenna". i know mine did not. where are you getting this info?

i had the same exact problems with a previous R10. D* swapped it out for a DSR 708. sounds like you might have gotten the one i returned :eek: :shocked D* stated it was a switching problem.

i didn't order it from D* after all. i didn't want to wait for the shipping and install since i felt i could install it myself since the system was already in place. i purchased it from Bestbuy on saturday and it seems to be working beautifully.

i'm picking up my R10 in the morning from Best Buy and have a question about hooking up the second cable. i have the Phase III Oval dish w/3 lnb's. when the tech installed the system last year, he ran 4 cables from the dish in case i decided to add a DVR later. i know i have to hook up 2 cables...

Candygirl, just curious. how will this affect those who wish to upgrade to either DVR or HD and will be required to committ to another year of programming?

I currently have D10's and am pleased with the ease of operation, menus and quality.
