The first game was on WGN, the second games was on CSN+, just like the schedule said it would be. This is a directv screw up, plain and simple.

I called them.

I talked to CSN, they claim this was a directv screwup. CSN+ did show the game in HD, saw it for myself on cable.

With all due respect, I have no interest in discussing this case with you here. If I did, I would do so on the other site. I only got involved in this thread because a comment was made that dish would easily win, they may win, they may not, but it is far from a sure thing.

I agree with your point, if dish isn't infringing they win. But they have already been found to infringe. Maybe the court will decide that they are no longer infringing but maybe the court will rule that the injunction has nothing to do with software or hardware but rather devices that needed...

Im not sure how you can say so easily that DISH will win. Maybe they will, I have no idea but the tivo motion makes some points that refute your logic: "EchoStar's argument relies on the fiction that the Adjudicated Receivers morphed into "new" products as a result of an alleged software...
