Hmmm - not sure I agree. Where are you suggesting there is a short? I could only guess it would be from the power chord or the coax. I can't see any audio/video cables causing a short in the DVR.

I recently dropped the Local package from Dish because I was getting them via an HD OTA. Now I realize that the TV2 cannot view the locals via OTA. Anyone know a workaround to this? I want to be able to view my locals on TV2 using the OTA. Thanks, DC

Don't shoot me for trying to get info on TBS HD - seems to be the hot topic. That's why I posted what I did - Tech Chat or not - they're all idiots.

They're worse - it's pointless - more than anything just a testament to the fact that we're not getting any information, no matter who you are or who you know. And we wont get TBS HD.
