    Rc71 remotes are junk in general..use an rc65 or 66...we all have been having problems...it gets worse from there...buttons fall off, B2B batteries die quicker than normal.the list goes on..

    Had a customer the other day, her genie and client were whole homing with her 3 HDDVRs. I thought that SWM ch1 and SWM ch2 acted as separate dishes and there was no way to bridge across? The hr44 internal DECA was also sending internet signal to all But one HDDVR...any ideas?

    So, I found today that to hook up a receiver DECA to a hr20, you have to (from LNB) 2 way, BS filter to SWM port, then receiver DECA for power to Sat port 2. Then Ethernet from DECA in top port. Without theBS filter the signal gets all pixelated...any one else know of this?
