Get the dish az/el set before you mount it on the tripod, and tighten the back bolts so that you can still move the dish but snug enuogh that the dish doesnt sag. Makes the whole process much easier if the dish cant wobble around much. ROLL TIDE!!!!!!!!

if you have a DP seperator on the back of the reciever (silver square with two short jumpers connecting it to the reciever) then you only need one cable connected to the seperator,...however if there is no seperator then you will need two coax cables from the lnbf to Both of the sat inputs

You have the reciever in single mode, change to dual and you are good to go.

A few possible causes, corosion of exterior connectors can cause it, so check those. Power passing through your ground source is possible, disconnect the ground wire from the block and see if the prob continues. Trace the cabling and check for pitts in the jacket and bite marks from animals...

Actually it will work if you back up a splitter through the diplexer on each end with the modulator on air, but not a good idea for a customer to try.
