Hi all, Im hoping to get a little guidance here. Starting last week, I was having connectivity issues from 3 of my Joeys to their respective Hoppers. No issues at all with the Hoppers. The TV's hooked up to the Joeys will freeze and sometimes reboot, but never work for more than 5-10...

No pop up for me anywhere on site either....just went and rearranged queue. Maybe they are keeping it just for me!!

Add a Joey? I currently have two Hoppers w/Sling and 4 Joey's. I want to move a Hopper to another room and add a Joey to the other Hopper. Can someone from DIRT contact me please as online support was not able to help me with this. Thanks!

The one thing my installer noted was that the software downloads were taking a fraction of the time of the original hopper....

Just got two new hoppers and 4 joeys installed yesterday. Took 2.5 hours, mainly configuration since my original install was done well. Everything working perfectly so far....wireless internet streaming, sling, etc...its a nice upgrade.... The installers were aware of the issues I have seen...

If you notice the schedule for last night it lists pre and post game for the Colorado game. In next weeks schedule it says the same and then has the St. Louis feed for the actual game. This is confusing-I thought all home Colorado games were broadcast in high def on Altitude....which we now...

So.... Can someone clear this up for me? If you have HD and have FSMW as your RSN, you should get the HD version as well? If you pay the 5.99, you will get all the RSN's and their HD versions? This doesn't sound right, wouldn't this negate the need for Center Ice? I live in Omaha and FSMW is...
