    Talk about confusing.... Here in Dallas / Fort Worth The HD broadcast was the Live feed while their other channel was a 1 hour tape delay. The HD broadcast skipped the entire first hour of the three hour parade.

    Comcast signed deal with Starz Encore

    Encore On Demand is now appearing on my menu and has many movies behind. Even though I subscribe to Encore it is displaying a message that I have to subscribe to it!!! Hopefully this is just a temporary glitch.

    Stop wasting your time and take it in yourself. I can't imagine hanging around the house TWICE waiting for an inept Comcast employee to bring the right equipment.

    Comcast installed today in Dallas

    I'm not sure when you had your Arlington installation but I have had my (2) 6412 Moto Dual tuners since January. The were in short supply until then but the only folks left using the 6208 Moto Single tuner are the ones that just don't know any better.

    I wondered why Voom Died, Now I know!

    As a former VOOMer as well I will agree with you. Their repetative movies (every 2 hours) was at least more useful on VOOM since their HD DVR turned out to be vaporware. But since an affordable HD DVR now exists from E* the lack of programming on these channels is even more apparent isn't it.
