    I need to replace the remote on my VIP 722k. I've seen a few on ebay, but the model number is slightly different. My current remote is 143129, and I see some that say 142301. Does this model really matter as long as they are both 5.3 IR? Is there a better alternative as far as replacement...

    I don't watch any sports on NBC except F1 sometimes. But even that I don't watch because of how uncompetitive it has gotten. My wife uses the channel for shows she likes. Watching them a day later isn't a big deal. The only sport I do watch is Hockey. I'll get gamecenter for that.

    Have they announced the refund amount? I haven't read anything about that. I would be shocked if it is more then the cost of a streaming service. Also, this is just the final straw. Tired of having to deal with these types of thing on a yearly basis.

    I think there is less of a delay if you go through Hulu plus than NBC online. Regardless, either works for me.

    We don't really watch anything live anyway. So that's fine by us. We are eventually going to cut the cord. This Bullsh!t will just speed that up.

    This is nbc for me in Atlanta. That's a very important station to my wife. And one that I don't think I can get with OTA. This might be the last straw I need to pull the plug completely and do streaming.

    Free preview started yesterday, but I don't see any CI channels in the guide. Last season they started at 625.

    I am leaning that way, but I think it may be a bit laggy on my PS3 for some reason. I am going to buy Gamecenter and if it sucks, I will just cancel and go CI.

    Not at all. Dish doesn't have MSGHD or any of those NY RSN's in HD. So as a flyers fan, I get basically no games in HD. It is the main reason I am seriously considering GameCenter instead of CI. CI on Dish is actually the worst of all the providers.
