I have a 722 receiver. tv 1 has worked great, but now it wont allow me to re-program it. the satellite function works fine. However, as I press the (TV Button) rather then it glow red and allow me to scroll through the codes by pushing the channel up )or down) button it only blinks several...

Do I have to plug the slinginto the front/Flap door on my 722 or can I plug it into the back on a USB port?
