Ok I finally got it set once I moved it farther to the west and I was able to verify satellites. Thanks for all your help.

I have tried moving it up a couple of notches and nothing on 61.5. Once I turn on the meter and lock on 72.7 and then move to 61.5 and it locks for a quick second. When I lock on 72.7 it states Nimq 5 satellite and on 61.5 it it looking for Echostar 16.
