    I hope it’s just a technical issue since it seems to have started just before the new software was pushed out for the hopper/Joey. Knowing that dish is looking into it, I’m pretty sure it will get taken care of sooner rather than later.

    I can pause live tv, but not rewind, and pressing play goes directly to live tv. Recordings are black screens only.

    I have the exact same issue in Cleveland. Noticed that I couldn’t watch the football games I recorded on fox. And after reading your post i tried to watch prime time events from fox and they wouldn’t play either. I was lucky enough to have a ota tuner connected and they recorded/played back fine...

    On the new iPhone X, using the Dish Anywhere app and Lightning AV adapter for video out, I cannot get full screen video. The video output is shrunk to about 1/3 the screen and still shows the virtual home button below the picture. Before switching to iphone x, had no issues with fullscreen...

    Same problem here. Somehow the channels were also removed from my favorites. Have not reset yet, so cannot verify the fix.

    I watch dish anywhere from my iphone on a tv. Why wont it work for you? I use an apple digital av adapter connected to HDMI. I do get an error message sometimes, but disconnecting and reconnecting the adapter solves it. I thinks its an HDCP issue.

    My H3 twice now has given me no picture when I go to watch tv. I get audio, no video. It takes a reset to restore the picture. Anyone else have this problem? 4k joeys still work fine, but the H3 becomes unresponsive. I tried to change channels without the picture and it will not.

    I never unpaired from my HWS, it did not stop it from pairing to H3. The HWS was unplugged at the time, if that made a difference
