Does Dish allow self install? I.E. just send me the receivers and I'll hook it all up?

It's working here (voom.com) at 6:15am est.

Even if they offer it for free, they will still have very unhappy subscribers if the installers screw up, don't show, the receiver box locks up etc.

No, they will schedule an installer to deliver the remote. Be sure to be home on a work day between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

Voom receiver works only with Voom service. DirecTv reciever works only with DirecTv service. Dish receiver works only with Dish service
