Sorry, page 25 in my manual has nothing about this. I must have a different manual. The front page of the manual said "Dish HD satellite System user guide". I also looked all over this manual, and there's nothing that said how to change the remote channel.

got my 811 installed couple weeks ago and no dvi. only component. I guess it depends on which box u get.

I don't know if my neighbor have the same receiver or not, but my 811 is changing the channels by itself the past couple days. Weird stuff or could be the damn 267 update??? How far does the 811 remote works? That would be a pain if my neighbor have the same receiver.

Is there a way to set the 811 to be on stretch mode when view OTA and normal mode when viewing others channels view dish instead of keep pusing the * button?

simons, I don't think there is a need for them to rerun the rg-6 cables. Every units of my condominium are pre-wired with rg-6 cables. Like protoboard said, I'm just affraid that the 811 caused problems with OTA signals if I use a combiner. Is it always best to use separate line?
