Is there a way to connect my DTV to my computor so I can watch movies I have on my harddrive on my tv?

Thats really odd. Here in NE Ohio, my controller box quit working, and I was surprised a tech from DTV came out on Sunday to replace the box. AND he was on time. No complaints here at all! Keith in Ohio

Thank you, mine new one has 2 RJ45 jacks. Now I know what they are for. I do have a question though. I can access my computer through the ethernet on the receiver box, can DTV do the same? And my movies are all AVI format, on my hard drive on my computer. What format do I need to watch them...

DTV has a problem with the sync. I have been complaining to them for 5 months now. First they said it was broadcast that way. I said when I turned my 8 ft dish on, there was NO problems on the sync. Its DTV's problem, it needs to be fixed, or I WILL NOT be a repeat customer. Keith in Ohio

Yes, I have noticed the same problem. When I switch to my antenna, the sync is ok. It is a DTV problem. I called and they said they are working on this.

audio sync problems on several channels with the HR20. I called and they stated it was the broadcasting stations doing this. I checked the stations with clear to air channels and NO, its not the stations, but the re-broadcasting from the satilites or the HR20 itself. Any idies?

Hello all, I am just a newbie here, so please bear with me. Will this unit (Fortec Passion) work with a 4DTV receiver? Just wondering, thats all. Sure looks better than the HDD200. Keith in Ohio
