We just got the Slimline SL5S LNB and inserter and a 8 splitter. Does anyone no where there is some install instructions for this setup? All I can find is for the standard switch which ext and splitter. I no it is simple but would like to see some info on different ways we can insall it. Richard

So you don't need a splitter on that one cable to go to each port correct? I don't see how to correct the title sorry. Thanks for the info.

Hello All, On the one wire hookup SWM and run itr to DTV DVR with twin tuners how does that work with only one cable? Do you need to add a splitter at the reciever? We are thinking of using the new SWM LNBF to use one cable. Richard

Hello all, That is what I figured to I ordered a new today to replace it.. The one that failed was on a new dish purchased about 6 months ago so I could not return it. Thanks all for your comments. Richard

Hello We are installing a new AU9-S dish and having a few issues here. Why do we get good signal out of only 2 ports and nothing out of he 2 ports on the AU9-s LNB??

One added thing using the old dish when we installed it we could not get it to work with out installing the Zinwell switch. I was told using the dual tunner rx we have here we need the switch when using that dish??????? don't no.

We do have 2 cables running to each reciever straight from the AU-9 What happens is that I have just tried hooking up just one cable from each reiecver and on one you get all and the there no HD . If we hook up both cables on ecach reciver one works other don't. It is strange I can't figure...

Hello We just did a reset of a Philips dsr-7000 dvr and it says it may take up to an hour it has been 2 hours or more so far. It says it is cleaning and deleting do not turn power off. Any help with this one? Rich
